Initially assigned to the 412th BS 95th BG, in Memphis, 20/4/1943 this aircraft was transferred to the 336th BS 384th BG, Grafton Underwood, 1/8/1943.
Later transferred to the 544BS 384th BG, it crash landed at Corby 12/10/1943, being used as salvage.
