Initially assigned to the 100th BG at Dow Field (18/4/43), this aircraft was transferred to the
412th BS 95th BG Horham 15/6/43.
It suffered a forced landing at St Eval, when returning from St Nazaire 28/6/43.
Later it crash landed at Great Ashfield (16/9/43 ), returning from La Pallice.
When returning from Munster, it crash landed at Potter Heigham, Norfolk, 22/12/43 and was beyond
Economic repair.
All crew returned to duty.
