This aircraft was initially assigned to 401st BS 91st BG Basingbourn 6/6/1943, transferred to the 412th BS 95th BG 16/6/1943, named “ Lonesome Polecat”.
It survived the war, returned to the USA, being scrapped 9/10/1945.
It appears also to have been known as “ STRICTLY ZOOT” see page 2
