It made two forced landings due to battle damage, incurred at Melsbroek and St Trond, both in Belgium.
Surviving the war it returned to Bradley Field 27/6/45, was used as a base unit at South Plains,
(re-named Big Chief Illiniwek ) and was scrapped at Kingman Field 20/11/45
