This aircraft was assigned to the 350th BS 100th BG, Thorpe Abbotts 4/2/1945.
It was transferred to the 334th BS, Horham 5/2/1945.
Damaged over Holzwickede, it survived a mid-air collision with 44-8604, 23/5/1945, returning to base for repairs.
It returned to the USA for scrapping at Walnut Ridge 9/1/1946.
