95th Bomb Group Horham
 The Open Day was preceded by an unveiling of a memorial, on Saturday 15th May, to the crew of B17G 42-31123, which crashed shortly after take off from Horham on the 19th November 1943. The crash near Green Farm Redlingfield, killed all ten members of the Kenneth B. Rongstadt crew.  
  A dance was held in the Blue Lounge on Saturday evening to welcome our American visitors ( including three Horham veterans ).
 Sunday was the official Open Day, with the familiar format honouring the veterans and our American guests.
 Visits were arranged to the 100th and 390th Bomb Group museums, later in the week.
