Former Land Army girl Elizabeth Hughes ( nee Alderman ), accompanied by her daughter,visited the Red Feather Club form her home in Kentucky.

 Elizabeth was billeted at Oak Lawn Farm in Eye and met Cpl Charles Hughes ( now deceased ), then a cook with the 95th BG at Horham, later they married and returned to the U.S.A. after the war.
